It is a new type of composite permanent magnetic materials which is processed by a craft metod ( Comperssing, Injection, Pressing, Extrusion) after mixed the magnetic powder and binder together, The application area involves HDD principal axis driver of computer, CDROM, DVD spindle motor, computer, air-conditioner step-motor, electronic information products, subminiature vibration motor, speaker, car motor and other electromotors.
Features and specifications:
1) The required precision is obtained after the shape-forming, without further processing
2) The energy product is 3 times as large as anisotropic ferrite. The intrinsic coercive force is high, during large-scale production, the magnetic properties are stable and the conformity is good
3) Working temperature is high, up to 150°C
4) The product is coated with epoxy resin parylene-coating and the anti-corrosion is very good. The surface is smooth, clean and nice-looking. No bubbles, no cracks, no strip-offs and no chips
5) Customized dimension specifications and magnetizing modes are available on request
